**About FDP: **AIMSR & ASBM are committed to providing Faculty Development Programmes (FDPs) for Faculty with the passion to enrich their knowledge and teaching skills. The FDPs are carefully designed to accommodate the continuously evolving and changing industry trends & broaden the understanding of participants.

**Programme overview: **Teaching & Research is an intensive focus area of this FDP to enhance research and teaching capabilities of Commerce and Finance faculty members. This FDP aims to equip management educators in the domain of finance and investment planning with subject-specific knowledge, emerging empirical issues, and analytical tools to enable them to be better facilitators. This FDP will provide exhaustive learning in areas such as taxation and fund raising, digital banking, investment processes, Crypto currency & block chain technology and financial aspects of Marketing. The primary focus of this FDP will be to upgrade the teaching, training, case writing, and research skills of commerce and finance faculty members.

- To cover each topic using the case study methods
 
- To make extensive use of excel while teaching trainers
 
- To supplement relevant study material with latest examples of trades in Finance
