
Prof. Mukund Prasad career path has moved in organizations like Tata Steel, PwC, HCL, Ispat Industries, Ranbaxy, Welspun Group in India with Senior Management Positions (Global CIO and similar positions) in all companies with global presence and multi geographical and multi-cultural environment. After completing his tenure in the industry, he has spent almost ten years in Academics in institutions like NMIMS and DY Patil and now in Aditya school of business management in Mumbai.

He is also into Leadership coaching as a CEO Coach and is a Certified Power coach trained by CLI International, Canada.

Developed and EXECUTED the HR & IT Strategy for a manufacturing conglomerate (with five different industry verticals) with multiple geographies, product lines and customer base and has driven organizational change through those initiatives. Provided leadership and vision to SAP, BPR,KM, TQM,SCM,CRM,HCM initiatives in organizations worked for in India and overseas in the MNCs in multicultural environment.
Responsible for Creation of Shared services, Program and portfolio management capabilities, Process improvement & automation and Corporate governance within the group companies.
