It is with a profound sense of responsibility, commitment, and optimism that I assume the leadership of Aditya School of Business Management (ASBM), I endure this role with gratitude for the foundation laid before me, and with a clear resolve to carry this institution confidently into its next chapter.

We are living through one of the most consequential transitions in the history of management. Artificial Intelligence is no longer a distant prospect; it is quietly reshaping how organisations recruit, deliberate, govern and grow. Yet the essence of leadership remains unchanged.

Algorithms may inform a decision, but it is human judgement, integrity and imagination that give it meaning. The true task of management education today is to cultivate leaders who can harness intelligent technologies with discernment, and who understand not only what is possible, but what is right.

Over more than two decades across industry and academia, as a teacher, researcher and doctoral guide, I have come to believe that education at its finest is transformative rather than transactional.

My own scholarship in AI-enabled human resource management and responsible AI has affirmed a simple conviction: enduring progress lies at the meeting point of technological fluency and human wisdom.

As Director, my commitment is to nurture an institution where:

1. Curriculum evolves in step with industry, integrating AI, analytics and digital strategy
2. Learning is experiential, anchored in cases, simulations, research and real-world problem solving
3. Scholarship flourishes, and inquiry is valued as highly as instruction
4. Ethics and responsible governance of technology form the bedrock of every discipline
5. Academic excellence is sustained through rigorous, quality-assured processes
6. Every student finds a mentor who believes in their potential.

To our students, I extend an invitation to be curious, to think independently and to embrace AI as an ally in learning, never as a substitute for original thought.
