Aditya Group of Institutions (AGI) organized a special guest session with Dr. Uday Shankar Saha, Retired Chief General Manager, NABARD, and RBI Chair Professor, IRMA, providing students with valuable academic and industry insights.

Dr. Uday Shankar Saha spoke on innovation in Indian enterprises using the case studies of Tata Steel and Amul. He explained how Tata Steel has sustained competitiveness through process innovation, quality systems, R&D, and sustainability-led practices. The Amul case highlighted institutional innovation through its cooperative model, farmer-centric governance, and efficient supply chain, which transformed India’s dairy sector. The session emphasized that successful Indian innovation is rooted in long-term vision, social impact, and context-driven strategies.

The students enjoyed the enriching and insightful session, which provided valuable practical exposure and enhanced their understanding of innovation through real-world Indian case studies.
