Dr. Aaditya Desai is MMS, Ph.D. with specialization in IT/Systesm. He has over 15 years of academic and teaching experience in Management and Engineering Institutes. He is a founder and owner of a Startup called Prismmatics since 2009. He is also a trustee of Krushnarao Vrudhashram since 2011. His areas of interest are Information Technology, Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, Data Analytics and Visulaisation along with training in Soft Skills and Personality Development.

Dr. Sanchita Banerji is a D. Litt (Honr) Ph.D(HR), MBA, PGDMM with an experience of more than 24 years in the field of Management Education, Training and Consultancy. She is a certified Image Consultant from International Association of Professional Organisation and Associations of Image Consultants International (AICI). Dr Sanchita holds a Certificate of Instruction in Dr Edward de Bono’s Six Thinking Hats. She is also a registered Ph. D Guide and PhD Thesis Evaluator with various State Universities. She has participated and presented papers in various National & International Conferences and Seminars, Ottawa University (OU), US , University of London Union (ULU), to name a few, and has several publications to her credit in Journals of repute. Dr. Reetika Dadheech is an Assistant Professor – Human Resource Management at Aditya School of Business Management, Mumbai, with over 13 years of experience in academia and industry. She holds a Ph.D. in Business Management, with focused research interests in Women’s Studies, Labour Studies and Informal Economy. She has numerous publications in Q1 category, SCI, Web of Science, and Scopus-listed journals, she holds three Patents to her name. She is also an Intramural Research Grant holder. She serves a regular reviewer for SCI-listed journals. An expert in HR Analytics, NVivo, and Power BI, Dr. Dadheech regularly conducts Faculty Development Programs (FDPs) and training workshops on data-driven HR research and qualitative analysis. With over 23 years of academic experience, CA Sandhya Menon is a highly accomplished and respected educator in the field of commerce and finance. She is a Chartered Accountant by qualification and secured an All India 21st Rank in the CA Foundation examination—a testament to her academic excellence.  Her teaching expertise spans Financial Accounting, Cost Accounting, and Taxation, and she has guided students across undergraduate and postgraduate programs with remarkable success. Neha Bhatia is an MMS with a specialization in HR and B.E (Electronics & Communication) She has over 13 years of teaching experience wherein around 10 years in teaching, 6 years in developing academic content and 3 years of Corporate experience in Recruitment, Training & Development, and Client Relationship Management. She has played an instrumental role in designing the course curriculum for the IIT_Patna EMBA course and formulated syllabus for Mizoram University Her primary competence includes handling Human Resource Management, General Management, Discrete Mathematics and Business Mathematics subject. She has been associated with Mumbai University, Jain University, Chandigarh University, Aligarh Muslim University, GLA University, Uttrakhand Open University, and Jamia University. She is a professional Table-Tennis player and has achieved Gold Medal in School National Table-Tennis Tournament. Her hobbies are badminton, cricket, music and dancing.

Prof Amit Kamkhalia is Finance professional , He has worked in capital markets in companies like IIFL, IDBI Capital , Reliance Capital to name a few , He is an expert in Finance domain with emphasis on Fixed Income, Equities, Debt and Derivatives , After Commerce Graduation from Mumbai University he pursued MMS degree from Jamnalal Bajaj Institute of Management Studies with Finance specialization in 2002 , has work experience of 23 years in Industry and academics , and currently pursuing PhD from the University of Mumbai . 

She has done her graduation and post graduation from Mumbai University. She is a Chartered Accountant. She has 17 years post qualification experience in the field of Chartered Accountancy (Income tax, various types of audits, etc.) She has a teaching experience of 8 years. Her areas of interest are Financial Accountancy, Cost Accountancy, Financial Management, Wealth Management, Corporate Restructuring, Mergers & Acquisition, Insolvency and Bankruptcy code, and many more.

Priya Singh holds a Master's degree in Operations Management. She has a industry experience of around 2years. And teaching experience of 5years for Under Graduates. She teaches courses in Operations Management, Digital Marketing and Personal Selling and Sales management Her area's of Interest are General Operations, Supply Chain Management, Inventory Management, Marketing.
