Amal Roy is a Mechanical Engineer & Post Graduate in Industrial Engineering & Management from IIT, Kharagpur with brilliant academic records . Fellow of Institution of Engineers, Institution of Industrial Engg. , Operational Research Society etc. He has over 30 years of corporate experience in senior positions in reputed Companies like ICI, GLAXO, DABUR, GHARDA CHEMICALS, SHREYA etc. He held the position of General Manager Logistics in Glaxo , Profit Centre Head in Dabur, Director Strategy in Gharda, Executive Vice President - SCM in Shreya Life Sciences . His teaching experience is for about 6 years full time & 12 years as Visiting Faculty. He has taught in various Management Institutes like NMIMS, Jamnalal Bajaj, Sydenham,NITIE, Durga Devi Saraf Institute of Management Studies , IBS Powai, ITM, etc. He has also published technical papers, organised Industrial Seminars, Conclaves and developed Case Studies on real life industrial projects. His areas of interest are Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, Strategic Management, Entrepreneurship Management, Creativity & Innovation, Total Quality Management, Project Management, World Class Manufacturing , Service Operations Management, New Product Development etc. He has started Entrepreneurship Cell at Durga Devi Saraf Institute of Management Studies, Mumbai. He was Chairman, Placement for Durgadevi Saraf Institute of Management, Mumbai for some period & has good Corporate connections. He received the Best All India Best Faculty Award in Operations Management from Dewang Mehta Business School Awards Committee.

Dr Nishchal Dwivedi is a PhD from Bhabha Atomic Research Center and a post doctorate from IIT Bombay. He is a theoretical physicist by training and is passionate in guiding young students to do research. He is currently a Senior Director at Athena Education where he oversees the research and innovation. He is also the Adjunct Professor at AIMSR and ASBM. Dr Nishchal Dwivedi has won several awards and accolades. He has been a visiting researcher at places like National University of Singapore, Tata Institute of Fundamental Research, IISER Kolkata. In 2013 he was awarded the President of India, Dr Shankar Dayal Sharma gold medal of excellence. He has been a TEDx Speaker and has been very active in the outreach of science. He has written articles for The Hindu, Nature India and various national, international publications. Dr Nishchal represented India in Lindau Nobel Laureate Meeting 2016, as a young Physicist to represent India among 30 Nobel Laureates. Dr Nishchal is passionate about Physics, Data Science, Machine Learning, Quantum Computing and actively works in making research and science more accessible for youngsters of India.

Over 27 years’ experience in the field of Vendor Development, Imports, Purchase, Stores, Materials Management, Logistics and Supply Chain Management in Electronics, Synthetic Fibre and Textiles Industry. Over 23 years’ experience in teaching Materials Management, Operations Management, Operations Planning and Control, Logistics and Supply Chain Management, Total Quality Management, Business Process Re-engineering, and Productivity Techniques at Post Graduate level.
