Prabandhan – Day 1

Dr. Balkrishna Parab and Prof. Mukund Prasad addressed the students, encouraging them to embrace real-world learning with grit and perseverance.
A special memento was presented to Ms. Saraswatula as a token of gratitude.
We also hosted a heartwarming “Know Your Faculty” session to welcome our new PGDM batch!
Prabandhan – Day 2
Aditya School of Business Management hosted a powerhouse lineup of industry leaders who shared real-world wisdom and corporate insights with our students. Mr. Engelbert Gonsalves (SAP – Rebit Pvt Ltd) inspired students with a session on grooming, etiquette & personality. Mr. Vikas Potdar (Deloitte) spoke about consulting, entrepreneurship, and taking calculated risks. Ms. Nami Luthra (Astaguru) highlighted the evolving role of HR and the power of personal branding. The day ended with high-energy management games that turned theory into action!
Prabandhan – Day 3
On Day 3 of Prabandhan 2025, the students of Aditya School of Business Management (ASBM) experienced two intellectually enriching and inspiring sessions that deepened their understanding of both the professional and personal dimensions of success.
The day began with an insightful talk by Mr. K.V. Premraj, who offered a comprehensive overview of emerging opportunities in the Indian banking sector. His session explored key trends in digital banking, the rise of FinTech, and the evolving skillsets required for future banking professionals. Students gained valuable knowledge about career pathways and the importance of agility in navigating the financial services landscape.
The second session was led by Dr. Aneeta Madhok, a renowned Organizational Psychologist and Integrative Nutrition Health Coach. Her interactive session on self-development through exercise, mindfulness, and emotional well-being emphasized the significance of inner balance in achieving long-term professional excellence. Her practical techniques and reflective exercises resonated deeply with the students.
The sessions served as a meaningful reminder that leadership begins with self-awareness and lifelong learning.
Prabandhan – Day 4
Day 4 of Prabandhan 2025 at Aditya School of Business Management (ASBM) was marked by a dynamic confluence of corporate wisdom and holistic wellness.
Mr. Faisal Farooqui, Founder & CEO of MouthShut.com, delivered an impactful session that encouraged students to believe in themselves, uphold ethics and integrity, and stay conscious of the influence of mobile technology on their health and well-being. His insights on responsible digital engagement were both relevant and thought-provoking.
Complementing this, Dr. Ghanshyam Sharma, a respected Ayurveda and Yoga health educator, conducted a deeply engaging session on the importance of meditation, breathing techniques, and mental wellness emphasizing the value of inner balance in a fast-paced world.
Students found the sessions insightful, enriching, and personally transformative. The day concluded with a heartfelt token of gratitude presented by Prof. Mukund Prasad, Director ASBM acknowledging the invaluable contributions of the esteemed speakers.
Prabandhan – Day 5
Aditya School of Business Management (ASBM) conducted Day 5 of Prabandhan, featuring thought-provoking sessions that combined civic awareness with skill development. Dr. Aditya Desai delivered an engaging session on the Introduction to the Constitution and Citizen’s Responsibilities, encouraging students to reflect on their role in building a responsible society. Dr. S. Ainavolu led an interactive session on Problem-Solving Skills, equipping students with practical approaches to analyze challenges and develop effective solutions.
Prabandhan – Day 6
Aditya School of Business Management (ASBM) conducted Day 5 of Prabandhan with a series of engaging sessions designed to strengthen students’ academic foundations and career readiness. Dr. Aaditya Desai introduced students to Mathematics & Statistics, while Prof. Hitesh Kaushal spoke on Careers in Marketing. Prof. Amit Kamkhalia conducted sessions on Basic IT Skills and Excel, followed by a hands-on lab session in collaboration with Dr. Desai. CA Sandhya Menon provided insights into the Basics of Accounting and also conducted an Orientation of the Library, familiarizing students with resources available for academic growth. Ms. Ruhi Mishra guided students through a Placement Orientation Session.
The sessions offered a holistic blend of conceptual learning, technical training, and career guidance, making it a highly enriching day for the students.
Day 7 Outdoor Juice Adventure Park
The PGDM Batch (2025–27) of Aditya School of Business Management had an unforgettable day at Juice Adventure Park on 8.8.25! From strategy games to creative juice-blending challenges, students stepped out of the classroom and into a high-energy space of teamwork, leadership, and collaboration. These outdoor activities were more than just fun they built trust, adaptability, and lifelong connections. A perfect example of ASBM’s vision for holistic management education!
Prabandhan – Day 8
Aditya School of Business Management (ASBM) successfully conducted Day 9 of Prabandhan, marking another day of impactful learning. The day began with Reflections by Faculty Members, where professors shared their perspectives on the sessions held during Prabandhan and guided students on how to apply the learnings in their academic and professional journey. CA Sandhya then delivered a session on Introduction to Basic Accounting, simplifying fundamental concepts and helping students build a strong foundation in finance.
The sessions combined academic reflection with practical knowledge, offering students a well-rounded and insightful learning experience.
Prabandhan – Day 9
Dr. Samir Kharkanis, founder of Yangpoo University Partners was the esteemed chief guest for our new Batch PGDM 2025-2027 on 11.8.25. Dr. Samir highlighted the growing gap between the skills organizations need and the preparedness of today’s workforce.
In an increasingly challenging business environment, he stresses that staying updated is no longer optional but a necessity for survival.
He advocates for developing T-shaped skills—deep expertise in one field combined with broad knowledge across other areas—to foster adaptability and innovation.
Emphasizing that sales is not just a function but a critical mindset, he urges professionals to master the art of communication, seeing it
as a strategic tool for career growth, relationship-building, and success in a dynamic workplace.
It was an insightful session where students gain insights regarding the upcoming skills for their career.
Prabandhan – Day 10
On 12th August 2025, Aditya School of Business Management (ASBM) welcomed Mr. Vishal Tibrewala, Director, ICEM Engineering Company Pvt. Ltd., as the guest speaker for an inspiring session on Green Strategies for a Better Planet during Prabandhan for the new PGDM Batch(2025-2027)
Mr. Tibrewala presented alarming statistics on global fossil fuel usage — 35 billion barrels of oil and 8 billion tons of coal consumed annually — and stressed the urgent need for sustainable alternatives. He explained the pathway to carbon neutrality through initiatives like carbon capture, carbon credits, renewable energy adoption, upcycling, and tree plantation.
Highlighting global net-zero targets and India’s 2070 commitment, he also addressed the scale of investment required to achieve these goals.
Students were inspired by case studies of innovation and sustainability, including Tesla’s EV revolution, Phool’s temple flower waste recycling, Ather Energy’s electric mobility solutions, and Studio Beej’s eco-conscious fashion.
The session left all the students motivated to see sustainability not just as a responsibility, but as a strategic business opportunity for the future.
Prabandhan – Day 11
On 13th August 2025, Aditya School of Business Management (ASBM) hosted Prabhandhan 2025, featuring Dr. Alok Chandra, Vice Chancellor of Skill University, who spoke on AI’s transformative role in the future of work and the vital skills to succeed in a tech-driven world.
Mr. Kewal Handa, Former MD of Pfizer Ltd. and former non-executive director of Union Bank of India Ltd., shared his 5 forces for success—from adapting to a changing world and evolving work nature to passion, people skills, and accepting mistakes.
The sessions offered powerful insights, inspiring students to embrace change and lead with purpose.
Prabandhan – Day 12
Aditya School of Business Management (ASBM) was privileged to host an impactful Industry Connect session as part of Prabandhan on 14th August 2025, featuring eminent speakers from diverse domains. Mr. Rajesh Mohan, Project Manager – Maharashtra Legislature Secretariat Digitization (TCIL), spoke on the transformative impact of digitization and the rising importance of AI skills for future-ready professionals.
Mr. Dhananjay Talegeri, Founder & Partner of Sanismart Technologies, shared actionable insights on Go-to-Market (GTM) strategies for start-ups, offering practical guidance for business growth and market expansion.
Dr. Aarati Punjabi, Faculty – Communication at NMIMS, engaged the audience with an inspiring session on business storytelling, demonstrating how compelling narratives can strengthen brands and influence decision-making.
The event provided ASBM students with real-world perspectives and strategic knowledge, bridging the gap between academics and industry practices. It was truly an insightful and enriching experience for the students.
