She is a UGC-NET qualified management professional with over two decades of blended experience in academia and industry. She is currently pursuing her Ph.D. in Management at Pacific University, Udaipur. An alumna of Jamnalal Bajaj Institute of Management Studies, Mumbai, she graduated at the top of her MMS (Marketing Management) class with an A+ grade, and also holds the Senior Management Programme credential from the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad. Her academic foundation includes a B.Sc. Tech in Oils, Fats & Waxes from the Institute of Chemical Technology, Mumbai, and a B.Sc. in Chemistry from the University of Mumbai.

Her academic interests center on marketing, strategy, and experiential learning, with a special emphasis on case-based pedagogy, simulations, and gamification. As Co-Founder and CEO of Trainzen Experiential Learning Pvt. Ltd., she has designed and delivered Faculty Development Programs (FDPs) and Management Development Programs (MDPs) across institutions such as DY Patil University, Goa Institute of Management, Maharashtra Skill University, Ashoka Business School, and Siva Sivani Institute of Management. She has also conducted workshops and masterclasses for IIT Guwahati, IIM Raipur, Sastra University, and Kohinoor Business School.

In her corporate career, Ms. Ghosh has led research, development, and product innovation in FMCG and cosmeceutical sectors. She has held senior leadership roles at Kaya Ltd., Godrej Consumer Products, Trent Hypermarket (a Tata & Tesco venture), Myntra Jabong, and AMPA Orthodontics—spearheading the development and launch of breakthrough products in personal care, skincare, hair care, and oral care.

She has published and presented research in sensory marketing and earned multiple professional recognitions for innovation and leadership. Her contributions reflect a unique intersection of marketing, experiential pedagogy, and product innovation—demonstrating a strong commitment to bridging management theory with practical application.
