Dr. Venkatkrishnan has been in Academic for more than 45 years in various capacities as Dean-Academics, Professor, Head of Department of Decision Sciences. He has been the recipient of Best Teacher Award (National) and Institutional. He has been teaching Mathematics, Statistics, Quantitative Techniques, Operations Research, Project Management, etc., He has held many positions at the University of Mumbai. He was on the Board of Studies with NMIMS and KJ Somaiya. He commenced his teaching career around 44 years ago having worked as Probationary Officer in a Bank. A B.Tech. in Electronics & Instrumentation, followed with a Ph.D. from the famed IIM-Kolkata’s Fellow Program, Dr. Ainavolu brings with him a formidable combination of industry and the academia. For 27 long years, he has worked with marquee organizations like NTPC [a GOI Maharatna company], followed by a ten-year tenure with the Reliance Group [one of the biggest conglomerates of India]. Besides, he is a qualified Independent Director (since 2021) for the Management Boards of companies. Though he formally joined the academia in the year 2018, he has taught as a visiting faculty is such institutes of repute like IMT Nagpur. He was also a full-time faculty with NMIMS, Mumbai in the area of Strategy. Though his Doctoral thesis is titled "Effect of Business Group and Industry Affiliation on Firm Performance", his other areas of expertise are Value Creation & Management (SVCM), and Strategy for Core-sector Companies. Dr. Ainavolu, is popular speaker on public forums on allied areas like “applied tradition”. He is also a weekly columnist presenting the “Guiding Light” in Free Press Journal, Mumbai.

Dr. Aaditya Desai is MMS, Ph.D. with specialization in IT/Systesm. He has over 15 years of academic and teaching experience in Management and Engineering Institutes. He is a founder and owner of a Startup called Prismmatics since 2009. He is also a trustee of Krushnarao Vrudhashram since 2011. His areas of interest are Information Technology, Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, Data Analytics and Visulaisation along with training in Soft Skills and Personality Development.

Dr. Geeta Kohade earned her Doctorate from RTM Nagpur University, Nagpur and Obtained Master’s degree in Business Management from Pune University, Pune. In the past 13 years, Dr Geeta Kohade’s professional journey includes her role as an educator, researcher, trainer and institution builder in the finest Educational Institution in India. Before joining ASBM she was associated with Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj University, Mumbai University, RTM Nagpur University, etc . 5 Ph.D. scholars completed Ph.D. under her guidance. She has presented and published more than 25 research papers in National and International Journals including Book Chapters and Patent. Neha Bhatia is an MMS with a specialization in HR and B.E (Electronics & Communication) She has over 13 years of teaching experience wherein around 10 years in teaching, 6 years in developing academic content and 3 years of Corporate experience in Recruitment, Training & Development, and Client Relationship Management. She has played an instrumental role in designing the course curriculum for the IIT_Patna EMBA course and formulated syllabus for Mizoram University Her primary competence includes handling Human Resource Management, General Management, Discrete Mathematics and Business Mathematics subject. She has been associated with Mumbai University, Jain University, Chandigarh University, Aligarh Muslim University, GLA University, Uttrakhand Open University, and Jamia University. Prof Amit Kamkhalia is Finance professional , He has worked in capital markets in companies like IIFL, IDBI Capital , Reliance Capital to name a few , He is an expert in Finance domain with emphasis on Fixed Income, Equities and Derivatives , After Commerce Graduation from Mumbai University he pursued MMS degree from Jamnalal Bajaj Institute of Management Studies with Finance specialization in 2002 , has work experience of 16 years in Industry and academics , and have presented two research papers in International Commerce and Management Conference University of Mumbai over two years.

Dharmendra Sharma is an accomplished professional with an MBA in Marketing and additional expertise in Operations and Analytics. He boasts 20 years of industry experience, having worked with multinational companies such as Wyeth, Pfizer and various other pharmaceutical firms in sales, marketing, and consultancy roles. His expertise extends to entrepreneurship development, and he has been part of the National Translational Mission of the Government of India.
