The Aditya Group of Institutions successfully conducted a Faculty Development Programme (FDP) on Prevention of Sexual Harassment (POSH), titled “Respectful and Inclusive Workplace”, aimed at sensitizing teaching and non-teaching staff on awareness, responsibility, and ethical workplace conduct.
