Thrilled to have hosted the 13th International Research Conference on 29th MArch 2025, organized jointly by Aditya Institute of Management Studies & Research (AIMSR) and Aditya School of Business Management (ASBM), focused on “AI-Driven Paradigm for Sustainability and Business Transformation.” 🌍 The conference brought together researchers, industry leaders, and academicians to explore AI’s evolving role in sustainable practices and driving business innovation. Engaging discussions, insightful presentations, and thought-provoking exchanges emphasized AI’s potential in addressing global challenges and promoting economic and environmental sustainability. 🤝 We were honored to welcome esteemed Chief guest and keynote speaker Dr. Smita Shukla(Director-IQAC, University of Mumbai) , Chair a Session at Research Conference by Dr. J K Sachdeva(Editor-in-Chief of the Journal of Global Econom) , and Dr. Rajan Tungare (Ex-Director of Late Narayan Meghaji Lokhande Maharashtra Institute ofLabour Studies, (Government of Maharashtra)) 🔍 With over 150 participants and 70+ research papers presented, we highlighted AI’s impact on corporate governance, financial resilience, and climate change solutions. 📑 The review committee has evaluated all submissions, and selected papers will be published in the Shodhaditya Journal. Six best papers were also recognized—three from students and three from faculty and research scholars. This conference fostered collaboration between academia, industry, and AI experts, paving the way for future partnerships.
