Teaching Philosophy
My teaching philosophy is rooted in the belief that management education must go beyond theoretical understanding to cultivate reflective, ethical, and industry-ready professionals. As an educator with a foundation in Human Resource Management and General Management and a technical background in Electronics and Communication Engineering, I approach learning as a synthesis of logic, human behaviour, and strategic thinking.
