Aditya Group of Institutions (AGI) hosted a special guest session featuring Mr. Siddheshwar Rajadhyax, Business Head at Dr Vaidya’s Laboratory, who shared valuable insights on current marketing trends for consumer-led and B2B businesses with an Artificial Intelligence interface.
During the session, he explained how AI has evolved into a front-end marketing enabler, enabling deeper personalization, higher engagement, and scalable customer and business relationships.
Drawing from industry-leading examples, Mr. Rajadhyax highlighted Spotify to demonstrate how AI-powered recommendation systems build strong emotional connections with consumers through personalized content. He also referenced Nike to illustrate how AI supports experience-led marketing, enabling personalized fitness journeys and impactful digital storytelling that strengthens brand loyalty.
The session was highly insightful and industry-relevant, offering students practical exposure to real-world marketing applications of AI. The engaging discussion and contemporary examples were well received, and students thoroughly enjoyed the learning experience.

Aditya Group of Institutions (AGI) successfully hosted a high-impact CXO Panel Meet on 13 December 2025, with the theme Smart Finance, Green Future: How AI, Fintech & Blockchain Are Creating Next-Wave Opportunities.
The session brought together senior industry leaders and academic participants to deliberate on how smart financial technologies are reshaping business models while simultaneously advancing environmental and social responsibility.
The panel discussions offered rich, practice-driven insights into the role of AI in intelligent risk assessment, ESG analytics, and predictive financial decision-making. CXOs highlighted how fintech platforms are expanding financial inclusion, enabling faster access to capital, and supporting green financing initiatives such as renewable energy funding and climate-linked financial products.
Blockchain applications were discussed in the context of transparency, traceability, and trust, particularly in carbon markets, green bonds, and sustainable supply-chain finance.
Students actively engage with the panel, demonstrating keen interest through thoughtful questions and interactions. The discussions helped bridge theoretical concepts with real-world applications, enabling learners to understand how emerging technologies are being deployed by organizations to achieve both profitability and sustainability goals.

Mr. Khanna highlighted the rising importance of uniquely human qualities negotiation, creativity, empathy, and adaptability in an AI-driven era. He encouraged students to continuously cultivate these timeless skills that remain beyond the reach of technology.

Dr. Maitra shared powerful insights on how AI is reshaping workplace expectations and highlighted the growing importance of the 5 Cs Critical Thinking, Creativity, Collaboration, Communication, and Curiosity as essential human skills that will define future-ready professionals.
The session encouraged students to think beyond automation, recognize the enduring value of human intelligence in an AI-driven world, and prepare themselves with the right mindset and capabilities for emerging global opportunities.

Drawing on his extensive experience across global organizations, Mr. Sikri shared impactful perspectives on bridging the gap between campus and corporate, highlighting the importance of lifelong learning and the willingness to take risks in an ever-evolving business environment.
