ASBM inaugurated its 3-week Induction program Prabandhan 2022 for PGDM students with great fervor, passion, and excitement with support from all the faculty members and students. The induction program comprised of interesting plethora of creative and innovative activities such as management games, talent hunt, social sensitization, team building activities, corporate guest lectures, campus orientation sessions, movie learnings, case studies and more. The rationale for induction program was to ensure a smooth transition for the students to make them feel a part of the institution and make them industry- ready for future. The inauguration journey commenced with ASBM Director, Dr. Vinima Gambhir ji sharing the ASBM journey, Institute Ranking, activities and academic partnership. She shared that the PGDM course is dynamic and is industry driven syllabus which is designed by Academic Advisory Council who are industry leaders. Our esteemed Chief Guest Shri Manavendra Gokhale ji grace the occasion for the day with his valuable insights and shared his experience from his corporate journey. He suggested that students priotrized their physical & mental health and make exercise as a part of their daily regime. He mentioned that one should adopt, learn, and embrace the new skills such as coding, AI & ML & upskill their knowledge. skills effective communication skills which is inevitable.

Our ASBM Professor Dr. Ruchi Anand graced the occasion for the day 2 with her valuable insights regarding the corporate etiquettes and mannerism. She shared that Corporate Etiquette refers to set of rules an individual must follow while he is at work. One must respect his organization and maintain the decorum of the place. Corporate Etiquette refers to behaving sensibly and appropriately at the workplace to create an everlasting impression.

The second session was conducted by Prof Anand Desai shared regarding the talent show which will be held on 30th July as a culmination of the Prabandhan event. Students can display their talents which can be singing, dancing, and acting. The students gained an exposure to the corporate etiquettes and grooming.

Our esteemed guest Mr Shishir Vahia graced the occasion for the day 4 with his valuable insights and experience from his corporate journey. Computing power will continue to explode in 2022. We now have considerably better cloud infrastructure, and many businesses are re-platforming to the cloud.

Dr. Ruchi Anand graced the occasion for the day 5 with her valuable insights through innovative games. She conveyed students to create jingle and create products through paper. The students were all excited with enthusiasm to show case their talents. Students displayed solar battery car, wallet through design thinking and many more such out of the box products through paper.
The second session was conducted by Dr. Vrittee Parikh through her creative management games. Students were engaged in communication skills activities such as listening, understanding, observation and then providing feedback.

Mr Bhushan Ajani graced the occasion for the day 6 with his valuable insights and experience from his corporate journey. Mr Ajani shared consumers' growing reliance on mobile payment and banking solutions, the financial services industry will likely continue to invest in modern data and analytics tools, artificial intelligence capabilities, and digital platforms.

Mr Ashish Massey graced the occasion with his valuable insights and experience from his corporate journey. Mr Massey shared to cater to dynamic requirements of the customers, the future of banking will be fuelled by digitisation. Consumers’ growing desire to access financial services from digital channels has led to a surge in new banking technologies that are reconceptualizing the banking industry.
Mr Ramnath Sengupta graced the occasion for the day 7 with his valuable insights and experience from his corporate journey. It was an informative session with the latest trends in Integrated Marketing & the future of E – Marketing. Mr Ramnath ji shared about B2B, personal communication, non - personal communication and importance of public relationship manager.
Dr. Sunita Srivastava, Director, AIMSR graced the occasion for Day 8. Director madam conveyed that FAIL is First Attempt In learning. She mentioned that failure is a part of success journey. Failure is a reminder that you have one opportunity to improve your shots in life. We should embrace failure which are learnings & experiences.

Our esteemed guest Mrs Dipanwita Chattopadhyay graced the occasion with her valuable insights and experience from her corporate journey. She commenced her session with the origin & evolution journey of HR from Maurya & Kautalaya era. She took us through the transformation journey of HR from past, present & the future of HR.

Our esteemed guest Mrs Kalpa Kadam graced the occasion with her valuable insights and experience from her corporate journey along with her profile. The event commenced with her professional journey, learning by doing, concept of DEI. Further, various projects assigned to the students. The students was Group 1 was assigned the topic – How do you recharge yourself, Group 2 -If you were to start a venture, Group 3 – HIP pocket Skill , Group 4 – What are you risking by not learning or unlearning? Group 5 – Influence of Big Data on HR. Group 6- Is agile Fad/ disruptor / or / gamechanger?
The Talent show was a culmination of the Prabandhan event wherein all the students participated with great passion and enthusiasm. The show commenced with Dr.Vinima ji , ASBM Director welcoming all the faculty members and students. The show commenced with Lord Ganesh ji Arti dance performance by students. There was plethora of activities wherein students displayed their vehicle and has won many accolades. One of the student displayed her beautiful bags, whilst some other groove to the music, songs , dance , mimicry, stand up performance and many more entertaining activities. Dr. Sunita Srivastava, AIMSR Director sang a beautiful song which was appreciated by everyone. Students were distributed certificates for their creative and innovative display of talents which was mesmerizing and breath-taking performances.
